after some futile and inane attempts at studying at several places, I have come to a conclusion that the best place for me to learn to stop underachieving is THE LIBRARY!!! (in Bishan, not the school...)
yea so there. started it today with Kris and Jing Yi after school. There was assembly but it was cancelled because of the Sec 3's SA1 aka MID-YEAR REVIEW. So we were out of CHS 50 minutes earlier.
Had lunch at J8 Foodcourt. After learning from my misadventures with Chicken Rice just days earlier at Plaza Sing, I decided to go for more food even if its worth a bit more. Bought fish and chips at Pick-n-Grill. You should see the cooking oil they used. The colour is a realm of death, more ominous than the C&c3 Scrin Rift Generator. OK, back to the point. Studied E-math at Bishan Library. Sherlyn helped us reserve seats at the Library.We did'nt get the best place to sit, but still, it is good enough.
2 of Sherlyn's classmates joined in the studying session later. Soon, Andy Lau (the CHS choir VP) joined us. So we studied till about 7 pm. Kris and I went up to the fourth floor to find better seats, and, TADDAH!! I found 6 seats, (Jing Yi left early) just enough for the group.
Right after we settled down at our new places, we noticed that an RJ student left her seat, followed by 2 girls from RGS (maybe they were anticipating more people to come and study there?). I dont know but it looked like we evicted them ...
Sherlyn's 2 friends and Andy left before us.
Study session ended at 8.30. Kris and I wanted to go for dinner, but we felt that home-cooked food is still the best.
