Met Sheng Kang during Physio in the morning. Didn't remember the last time I saw him. But it's good.
Will be back for that in 2 weeks, but some surprising discoveries:
My balance is hideous. Not sure if it had been like this, or only got so bad after the accident.
No matter, 2 weeks. Secretly that means skipping bit of work, which is always a good thing, provided I'm .
Lunch with Florence at Han's cafe. My teeth are better now following the braces last week. Can eat beyond porridge. On a side note, when's the VJMUN outing?
Reviewed my hip that afternoon, and the ortho said I need to be reviewed annually to ensure that nothing is wrong since the hip joint, especially since it could degenerate following dislocation.
CIP today was quite special. We've got (early) teacher's day celebrations, and this time I'm the teacher. My student made me a sandwich with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, while some others drew temporary tattooes on them and gave them a back rub. Really sweet.
Other than that, had a talk with Steve (one of the more senior volunteers) about his NS days and about encouraging the kids because of the low self esteem they have.
For now, I'm preparing for bit of work tomorrow and Monday.
